The Times today ran a piece on Keystone Director, Will Orr-Ewing's, speech at yesterday's National Tutoring Conference. During his speech Will explored the reasons behind the rise in tutoring. He observed, "Neither poor teaching nor bad schools were behind parental demand for tutoring". Instead he cited changes to school admissions processes (at schools such as Eton) as well as demographic changes in London.
