Job Title: Client Administrator
The Role: As our Client Administrator, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for families reaching out by phone or email. You’ll also manage a portfolio of Keystone clients—building relationships, understanding their tutoring needs, and helping them achieve their broader educational goals whilst also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes with general admin, scheduling, and liaising with tutors and partner organisations.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
- A warm and reassuring phone manner
- Someone who genuinely enjoys problem solving, helping people, and taking pride in offering a premium service
- A proactive team player who’s comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Previous experience in client services, education, or administration is a plus but not essential – we offer tailored and comprehensive training.

Start Date: January/February 2026
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (with flexibility to start/finish early or late within the core hours of 10am – 4pm)
Location: Brook Green, W14 and WFH (Hybrid role)
Remuneration: Dependent on the applicant's experience. Employees are also eligible for a bonus of up to 10% of annual salary and are able to join the company pension scheme.
